Sparks-Gray is currently President of Mel Foster Company where she oversees seven departments and 400 sales agents. Prior to this, Sparks owned her own seminar company, was a Vice President of Ruhl & Ruhl REALTORS®, Inc., a full service brokerage firm serving the entire Quad City area and was the founder and Director of Education for the Midwest Educational Institute, a real estate school that is a division of Ruhl & Ruhl. Sparks has been active in the real estate industry since 1976 and active with the Council since earning her CRB designation in 1980.
