Carra Riley
Carra is a fun loving digital player, REALTOR since 1979 and bestselling author who continues to be a lifelong learner. She helps people "connect the dots" in the Cosmic Cow Pie of life as a consultant for small business and real estate along with providing custom workshops and seminars.
Her experience includes top producing agent with Moore & Company (350 agents) in Denver, Colorado. Broker/owner Metro Brokers Riley and Company in Westminster, Colorado, Maui Tropical Connections ltd., Maui, Hawaii and Colorado Real Estate Connections ltd. in Westminster, Colorado She and her husband, Tom were group owners at Prestige Real Estate Group, Boulder, Colorado.
Carra is a former GRI Instructor for the Colorado Association of Realtors and currently is a licensed Real Estate Instructor for Arizona.
Carra is a 1974 graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Merchandising. She and her husband Tom have owned several small businesses along with three different brokerage firms. She has the CRS, GRI and CRB designations.
Carra uses humor and "real life" experience to engage the audience with both direct selling and Brokerage lessons. Her effective teaching style in the classroom encourages participation which is an essential component for attendees to be able to absorb the valuable information and take their performance to the next level.
Carra lives in Williams, Arizona the "Gateway to the Grand Canyon." She has a global presence in cyberspace actually utilizing all the tools that can help any brokerage firm capture market share.
