Debbie entered the real estate industry in 1987, after working for several years in financial management as a regional trainer & manager.  She is a professional trainer/speaker/coach & is currently a Provider and instructor for the National Association of REALTORS® designation & certification courses including: the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) ,  At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Resort & Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) , GREEN, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), e-PRO and the Women’s Council of REALTORS® designation courses.  Debbie was named “Distinguished SRES” and NAR Hall of Fame instructor in 2007.

A passionate REALTORâ and advocate, her leadership skills have allowed her to contribute as President of the Moorpark Chamber of Commerce, Moorpark City Councilwoman 1996-2000, “Woman of the Year” for the State of California 37th Assembly District, 2004 President of the Conejo Valley Association of REALTORSâ  and currently a state Director for the California Association of REALTORS®.
 
Debbie is the owner of Coaching To Excellence, a company dedicated to the achievement of personal excellence through education.  She has trained & coached many successful real estate agents, managers & owners during her career and has designed her company to meet the needs of all aspiring REALTORSâ who wish to build a successful real estate business, break through self-imposed limitations.  She is currently a member of the Real Estate Educators Association, National Speakers Association, and the International Association of Coaches
