Practicing residential real estate management since 1998 with approximately 60 agents. Licensed in real estate sales in 1992. Current designations include CRB, CRS, ABR, ABRM, SRES, GRI, and CSP. Real estate instructor's certification since 1998 teaching ABR and various ABR electives, NAR Code of Ethics, Pre- and post-license courses, numerous continuing education courses, local board orientation and company training classes.
