Ed is President of Benchmarks for Success, LTD., a corporation specializing in training programs in management, finance, communication skills and sales and a Council Master Instructor. He also served as the 1999 President of this Council. In addition, Ed heads up "The Hall Group", a team specializing in residential resale, new home marketing, residential investments, and retail and office leasing in the Chicagoland area.

Ed has more than twenty years of experience as a national teacher and trainer. He holds an MA degree in History from Chicago State University.
