Frank Mears
Frank Mears entered the real estate profession as a sales associate in 1977, obtained his brokers license in 1984 and has sold real estate in Georgia, South Carolina, and California as well as managing offices in Georgia and California.
A nationally recognized speaker on agency, negotiations, distressed property and sales skills, Frank delivers over 200 presentations a year and has trained thousands of sales associates from coast to coast.
Frank is certified to teach nationally accredited Buyer, Seller, and Senior Representative (ABR, SRS, SRES) Courses, Performance Management Network (PMN), Short Sale / Foreclosure (SFR, CDPE) Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) courses and is a Graduate REALTOR® Institute and pre license instructor in several states.
Frank also serves on the Georgia Real Estate Commissions Education Advisory Council and was named “2002 Instructor of the Year” by the Georgia Association of REALTORS®.
In 2005 Frank was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® Real Estate Buyers Agency Councils “Hall of Fame” for his contributions to buyer representation on a state and national level. In 2007 Frank was named "Educator of the Year" by the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association.
Frank has earned the "Certified Speaking Professional (CSP)" designation conferred by the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the International Federation of Professional Speakers (IFPS).
