Roseann Farrow
A highly skilled leader, communicator, and motivator with over 30 years in sales, training, management, consulting and course development, Roseann strives in assisting agents and brokers to realize productivity, quality and profit. A speaker at many conventions, Roseann is well known by brokers and agents for her energy, sense of humor and dedication to the industry.
She devotes full-time efforts to nationwide, independent training and consulting as Roseann Farrow Seminars and is a REBAC instructor for ABR, CIPS, GREEN, RSPS, & SRES and a Distance Learning Instructor for online companies.
She earned her CRB designation in 1985 while Sales Manager at Kahn, Inc, Realtors®, BH&G, a position she held for 13 years under the tutelage of Harold L. Kahn, a long-time CRB instructor. Subsequently she moved to Regional Management with brokers and managers throughout NY, NJ and the six New England states for the BH&G R.E. Service, then for HFS (now REALOGY), and then the marketing giant, Merrill Corporation. Later she managed a 3-office RE/MAX company, and then she helped develop the agent training at a 24-office Prudential franchise. These varied experiences broadened her knowledge and scope and continue to help her think out of the box.
Roseann has a BA in Secondary Ed, holds the ABR, CDEI, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GREEN, GRI, e-PRO, ITI, RSPS, SRES designations and is the 2011 Pres-Elect of the Real Estate Educators Association and a Past Pres of the NYS CRB Chapter. She resides at Orange Lake, NY, 70 miles north of Manhattan.
