Sheila has been in real estate for more than 20 years. In addition to being active in management and sales, she has also been involved with education for 16 years and served as Director of Training for two large independent real estate firms. In her career, Sheila served as office manager for one of the top 50 real estate firms according to the National Association of REALTORS® rankings and has been recognized as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year/Management by her Board of REALTORS®. This honor signifies outstanding service locally, for the state of Ohio and nationally.
Currently, Sheila is an active salesperson. She also provides training, educational seminars and consultation in a variety of areas including lead management, fair housing, risk management, ethics through her role as owner of Sheila Bell Seminars.
In addition to serving as an Instructor for the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, she also teaches a variety of courses including CRB courses “Managing Diversity for the Broker, Owner and Manager”, NAR’s At Home with Diversity, One America, and is an approved e-PRO Trainer.
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Romance Languages from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sheila is a native Texan but also has been fortunate to have lived in many states across the country.
