Elective Credits
Did you know that some of your company's own management training courses or other courses you might have taken may be recognized for elective credit toward the CRB Designation? Many of the leading brokerage firms, franchises and educators offering formal real estate brokerage management training programs are approved for CRB Elective Credit.

Below is a listing of the most current elective credit courses and the guidelines for submission:
Important notes regarding submission of elective credits
(All CRB Requirements apply):
- No more than two (2) elective credits may be submitted toward the CRB Designation
- Candidates submitting elective credit must provide documentation (submission form and certificate/proof of completion).
- Candidates may only submit elective credit for programs approved/active at the time of submission. For example, if the Candidate completed a program in a prior year and the program is no longer listed as approved, the elective credit will not be accepted.
NOTE: You may submit credit(s) for any programs marked "pending/under review" immediately. If these programs are not approved, you will be notified and the credit will be removed from your record providing an opportunity to submit other elective credit.

The following are CRB Council approved providers. Each course is worth one (1) Elective Credit. A maximum of two (2) Elective Credits may be earned toward the CRB Designation.
