The CRB Council is once again hosting a dedicated day during the 2008 conference.

This year's line-up includes:


9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
"Give Your Sales Meetings an Extreme Makeover"

Speaker: John Mayfield, ABR, ABRM, CRB, e-PRO, GRI

This session will cover the factors that every successful sales meeting should have, including how to become a better presenter and gear your presentations for the adult learner. Tips in this session will focus on:

  • Effective ways to implement today’s technology in your weekly sales meeting 
  • Evaluating and debriefing your sales meeting
  • 50 Web sites that can assist you with your meetings

 

11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
"Leading Your Agents to the Next Level"

Speaker: Verl Workman

Identify the newest tools to recruit and retain agents, overcome your fears and build confidence, and increase your bottom line. We will show you how to bring the right enthusiasm, confidence and information to meetings to encourage and inspire your agents. This session will encourage managers to:

  • Start using the company tech tools you have
  • Properly implement tools for maximum agent use
  • Create, build and deliver the perfect presentation
  • Identify what’s hot and what’s not in technology


3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
"Finding Agents Who Breathe Success"

Speaker: Kim Ades

Recruit and select agents who have a frame of mind geared for success! Achieve the personal mindset that will attract top performing agents to your company.  This session aims to help managers elevate and expedite their own personal missions to recruit and retain the most successful real estate professionals in the industry.

  • Learn interview questions and techniques that will serve as indicators of the 7 secrets of top performance
