NORM FLYNN, CIPS, CRB, CRE, GRI  TO BE INDUCTED INTO CRB COUNCIL HALL OF LEADERS

Real estate leader to receive most prestigious award in brokerage management

 

CHICAGO (June 15, 2009) – The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) selected Norm Flynn, CIPS, CRB, CRE, GRI, of Madison, Wisconsin as this year’s inductee into the Hall of Leaders. The award will be presented at a special reception and dinner during the REALTORS® Conference & Expo on Friday, November 13, 2009 at the Omni San Diego.

Norm Flynn, a leader in the industry, joins an impressive group. Flynn serves as President & CEO of the International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) of the National Association of REALTORS® and as President of Norman D. Flynn Associates, Inc. based in Madison, Wisconsin. He has 33 years experience as a practicing real estate professional specializing in development, commercial and residential real estate in the United States as well as working with International clients. Since 1985, he has traveled large portions of the world evaluating and studying real estate practices abroad. An impressive leader, Flynn has served on the local and state level of real estate organizations as well as serving as President of the National Association of REALTORS® in 1990. Additionally, he has held more than 80 related leadership roles since 1972. Flynn holds BS and MS degrees from the University of Wisconsin and holds the CIPS, CRB, CRE and GRI real estate designations.

The Hall of Leaders Award was established to honor CRB Designees whose significant contributions continue to shape and influence the real estate industry locally and nationally. Past inductees include Ebby Halliday, CRB, CRS, LTG, Joseph F. Hanauer, CIPS, CRB, CRE, Dave Liniger, CRB and Gail Liniger, ABR, CRB, Art Godi, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, William A.
