Learning from the Best

"Summertime and the livin' is easy…" The words to that old song don't generally apply to real estate professionals this time of year! Despite the housing market's overall recent slump, summer will probably remain your busiest sales season. While appreciated, this seasonal spike in activity only makes your job as a manager, broker or owner that much harder. How do you keep agents productive, clients satisfied, finances on track and your own skills sharp?

Luckily, the real estate community is here to help. If you attended the National Association of REALTORS® Midyear Meeting and Expo, you were exposed to a variety of innovative ideas. I especially enjoy the CRB Council networking opportunities, seminars and educational programs held at these national events.

I just took the new Technology Management course, and to simply say, ‘fantastic’ would be an understatement!
