CRB Hall of Leaders Recipient Richard Mendenhall

This November, real estate icon Richard Mendenhall, CCIM, CIPS, CRB, e-PRO, GRI, joins a prestigious group when he is inducted into the CRB Hall of Leaders. Like those recognized before him, Mendenhall is honored for his many significant contributions that continue to shape and influence the real estate industry, both locally and nationally.
Mendenhall considers himself just a regular guy. His colleagues beg to differ. Mendenhall, so they say, is the extraordinary regular guy from small town Missouri whose leadership has influenced local, national and international organizations, and more importantly, an entire industry.
"Richard is truly one of the most dynamic and respected real estate professionals in the country," says Ginny Shipe, CAE and chief executive officer of CRB Council. "Leadership is about action, not position. Richard embodies that sentiment."
