Between working with sellers, managing her seven agents and developing coaching and mentoring programs, Tarbell's day is a whirlwind event. She has been working in the real estate industry since 1976, and she earned her CRB Designation in 1995.
Working in the ski resort town of North Conway, N.H., Tarbell and her agents oversee sales of many vacation and retirement homes. The county's average home price is $362,800, while the local market average is $253,700. Tarbell's company average is $303,000. In 2006, Prudential Joy Tarbell Realty saw $27 million in sales. With all experienced agents working on staff, Tarbell expects that number to rise in 2007.
