Since its inception I have been a subscriber to the Accelerate Agent Training offered by the CRB Council. All of my existing agents have or are in the process of completing the program and it is an integral part of our new agent training. We have seen a much faster start up from those agents who complete the program. We can actually tell who does and who does not complete the sessions. There is no way we could offer this quality education on our own. The return on investment is fantastic.
