Flynn has 39 years of experience as a practicing real estate professional in development, commercial and residential real estate in the United States with U.S. and international clients and currently serves as CEO of Norman D. Flynn Associates in Madison, Wis. He also has experience in organized real estate, serving as the local, state and national president of the National Association of REALTORS® and more than 80 related leadership experiences since 1972. Since its inception in 1992, he has served as the chairman, president or CEO of IRPF.
