Awareness campaigns in every city and town from coast to coast try to sway home buyers and sellers to pick the best REALTOR® to enjoy the greatest results. These traditional tactics are expensive, costing independent REALTORS® or agencies thousands of dollars in hopes of paying off down the road. But in light of the state of today’s housing crisis and poor economy, are these strategies and tactics effective? Are they measurable?
