To serve or not to serve!

"Optimum technology" doesn’t mean "cutting edge." Optimum means finding, testing and adopting the best from the options available. Having optimum technology should be the goal of every real estate brokerage. Successful brokerages have already reached this goal.

Miguel Berger, CRB, GRI, a successful broker in Albany, N.Y., has tested a variety of technologies to provide the best service to his agents and clients. He has taken time to select the best tools and to carefully build the bulletproof system his agents currently enjoy. He shares one facet of that system with us in the following interview:

The CRB courses have changed how we analyze our books, agents and long-term retirement plans. They allowed us to pull ourselves out of potential financial ruin and create systems that even my tax accountant has been impressed by.
