For as long as I’ve been in real estate, it’s amazed me how some folks who enter this business seem to flourish while others perform at mediocre levels or even fail. As a manager, it’s frustrating when you try to understand those who say they want to make it in this business when their actions aren’t congruent with what they say. I’ve come to realize there are many “posers” in this industry. They talk the talk, but they never actually walk the walk.
