2009 Legal Scan Recapped

Every two years, the National Association of REALTORS® conducts the “Legal Scan,” a survey
in conjunction with a comprehensive research project of the current legal environment real estate professionals face.
These recently released results are based on surveys of key people in the real estate industry, as well as data obtained from case law and statutory results.
