Customer service is a strategy, not a goal.
You repeatedly leave phone messages that are never acknowledged. You write an e-mail that seems to be lost in cyberspace. The person manning the customer service desk is surly at best.

We all have encountered people and organizations that just don’t seem to care how they treat their customers. But a customer-centric focus is becoming increasingly necessary to succeed in business, especially in the real estate industry — an industry in which the customer is vital.
